Arthur Lee “Bill” Banks, 81, of Fayetteville, died Dec. 18, 2009, at the Beckley VA Medical Center. Funeral services were Dec. 28 at Dodd-Payne-Hess Funeral Home, Fayetteville, with Rev. Mack Canterbury and Mr. Stanley Boyd officiating. Burial followed in Huse Memorial Park, Fayetteville.
