Manchin names Griffith W.Va. tax commissioner
Gov. Joe Manchin has promoted Craig Griffith to state Tax Commissioner. Griffith had served three years as assistant tax commissioner and the tax department’s chief of staff before Manchin appointed him acting commissioner in March.
